Well it all depends upon the weight of the order and the destination of the order. Postage and packing of all orders is calculated on individual item weight and added together for a total. All prices are the current cost at what we get charged + a packing cost, although prices do vary. Orders upto 2 kilos are posted 1st Class Royal Mail and Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packet Rate) for Worldwide orders. Orders over 2 kilos and upto 10 kilos are now delivered by Interlink Express at a flat rate of £15.95 for the UK mainland. Orders over 2 kilos and upto 10 kilos which are placed for International delivery (including Ireland and the Channel Islands) are sent by either Interlink Express DPD service or Parcel Force Global Priority service at which ever is cheapest for the customer. Both these services are trackable for both the UK and Worldwide deliveries for added security.  After collection from The Old Bicycle Co, orders will be delivered next day for UK deliveries (2 days for Off shore) and within 5-7 days for international orders. PLEASE NOTE:  For large items such as bicycles, wheels & frames, rims, mudguards & tyres etc, an aditional charge may occur for worldwide shipping. This is due to our shipper (in the case with all shippers) subjecting all parcels to a volumetric conversion and the shipment charge will be based on either the volumetric or actual weight, depending on which is the greater of the two. The volume weight of an International order will be calculated as follows: Length (cm) x Height (cm) x Width (cm) divided by 6,000 e.g 70 x 50 x 40 divided by 6,000 = 23.5kgs If your International order is subject to a volumetric conversion i.e (if your order contains rims, tyres, mudguards etc), you will be notified by email and told of any extra shipping costs and asked if you are happy to continue with the order. If you would like a shipping cost prior to placing an order for items such as rims, tyres, mudguards etc. Please email us your requirements and a full shipping address. We can then let you know a total shipping cost. BICYCLE DELIVERY & SHIPPING. Delivery within mainland UK is £39.95 For International bicycle delivery, Please email your FULL address with Zip Code & let us know the bicycle that interests you. How do you pack orders? We pack and send orders the way we would like to receive them. If there is a problem with the condition of the order package, Please do let us know asap.  Can I work out postage costs before I commit to the order? Yes you can. Just simply place the items of interest to you in the online shopping basket and click checkout, then just select the destination region you would like the order sent to and it will automatically workout the postage cost for you prior to entering any payment details. If you are happy with the delivery cost and have completed your order, you can then proceed on to complete payment and your order. What payment methods do you accept? We accept most major debit & credit cards, personal cheques in UK stirling, bank transfer, International money order or cash upon collection. Can I place an order over the telephone? Yes of course. We are more then happy to take orders over the phone. Just call us on 01279 876193. Do you store my payment details? No, we destroy all credit & debit card details. How do you process my credit card payment? The parts showroom online store is hosted by a very well known secure & respected online shop provider. This system securely processes your order and payment details. We then process your payment details through our PDQ machine in our office. The same type of machine you get in any high street shop worldwide. It is processed by hand personally by the proprietor in our office with no payment being processed online.  Is payment taken instantly when I place an order? No! We only process payment when & if we have the items ordered in stock. When will my order be posted? We try to get orders out as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock with us, we have to order it from the supplier and it is then sent to us providing the supplier has it in stock, we then send your order out when it arrives with us. We are 10 miles from the nearest major post office in Great Dunmow & have had trouble with posting large quantities of orders via this post office. We now take the orders in bulk to our next nearest friendly post office & they very kindly process our all post for us when they are not busy. For this great service, they are well looked after every Christmas by us. We do this bulk post about twice a week. In the run up to Christmas we get orders out to the post office as quick as possible. If it is needed urgently, please let us know, we can upgrade the delivery cost for you to have it sent by Courier. VISITING US? Can we visit The Old Bicycle Company?
