Fast Rider Charley Double Bag - classic designed double pannier bags, with a 'throw-over' design for fixing them to your rear pannier rack.

Large 32 litre capacity split into 2 bags, which sit neatly either side of your rear pannier rack. Attatches to the rack with some velcro straps, or plastic clips. Metal clasping buckle lock. Plently of room for your touring needs, from clothes to picnics!

Sturdy canvas and leather materials which are water replellent. Dimensions: 31 x 40 x 13 cm.
