UK MAINLAND DELIVERY.

• All mainland UK deliveries are now FREE if you spend £30 or more and this includes bicycles. Orders under £30 have a flat rate of £4.99
• How? We now use Citylink Express for all our larger orders, who provide courier services for large online retailers which is not only cost effective, but also completly trackable for our customers. Running in conjuction with the Royal Mail for all smaller orders, we are able to offer the UK customer FREE UK mainland delivery if you spend £30 or more. 
• Citylink will provide you with email or SMS updates of your orders progress to you.

OFF SHORE UK DELIVERY:

• Off shore deliveries up to 2Kg are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class with full tracking.
• Any orders over 2kg will be boxed up and sent to you with Citylink (as above) who provide a very cost effective and reliable service, this will also include bicycles in boxes.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

• All international deliveries are sent by the either Royal Mail or Fedex.
• Small orders for international destinations available  (up to 2 kgs including packaging) are posted by the Royal Mail AirSure or International Singed For small packet rate. This is a Fast 1st Class service, however not all destinations art trackable.
• Large orders (over 2kg) for international destinations are sent by Fedex, coming into weight categories - 0-2 kg (small packets), 2-5kg, 5-10kg, 10-25kg (1 x Bicycle), and 25-45kg (2 x Bicycles).
• These weight categories are the devisions set by Fedex, so the price will increase with weight, depending on the destination country.
• All international orders will have the total order cost declared with any customs forms required by law - All duties and import taxes are to be paid by you, the customer.
• We use Fedex as they provide a quality, safe, and reliable service to all destinations of the world. They treat parcels with the respect they deserve, meaning they arrive with you on time and are fully trackable for their journey.

Finding out a delivery cost for your international order:

• To get a postage cost of any items from The Old Bicycle Co, just add them to your online shopping basket. In the CHECKOUT page, select the delivery option you require and this will automatically calculate the delivery cost of your order based on its total weight. If you are happy with the delivery cost at this point, you can then go on to pay for the order.
