Made by RUNWELL of Birmingham and has a unique dropped frame design. This is a sports model and has a 23" frame with 26" wheels with drum brake hubs. 3 speed sturmey archer gear with endrick rims and cliper brakes. Wrights saddle, narrow north road handle bars with celliloid grips. Remains of the old transfers but the whole bicycle has been over-painted and is rather scruffy, but with a simpathetic restoration would bring this rare framed bicycle back on the road again.
